Project Management

The quality of our project management is consistent with our overall commitment to serving as a well-organized extension of the Sponsor.

Continuous communication between the project manager and the Sponsor is the key for the successful completion of each clinical trial. The Project Manager at Effective Research is your primary contact to our entire operations team. As such, the objectives and timelines are continually reviewed. The project manager becomes an extension of you and your company and understands your company's method of operations.

Our Project Managers are able to access study specific databases at anytime to maintain safety status and project management reports.

We believe that all studies undertaken should be well resourced. Investigators and their associates assisting in the conduct of the study are given maximum support at all times. Each investigator is supported by the Project Manager and designated Clinical Research Associate.
